MOONBEAM went to her new furever home a little over a week ago, and I just had this delightful update from her new mom, SUE:

Hi Debbie

Hope this finds you doing well!  Just wanted to let you know that Moonbeam is doing very well.  She is playing very hard with a feather if you can believe it.  After hours of playing I have to put it up because she won't settle.  It is adorable and entertaining to watch her fly through the air to attack a feather on a stick.  Oh, I wish my life were so simple.  She actually looks like she has grown over the past week.

We certainly are a great match for her and love her to death.  I had to trim her nails today and she wasn't too pleased but I explained she needs to get used to it.  I don't believe in declawing kitties so I keep nails clipped and have lots of scratching posts.  She loves the scratching post as it has a furry ball on a string attached and of course she bats it around. I had forgotten how entertaining kitties were as it has been a long time since we had a kitten.  I have to take Shelby to the vet this week for her dental so I am going to take Moonbeam so my vet can meet her.  My vet is a very dear friend of mine and she is anxious to meet her.  Her birthday is one day before Moonbeams so she said they will be kindred spirits.

Hope your health is still progressing.  Drinks lots of water!!!!

I will keep you posted on Moonbeam. No worries.....Your grandkitty is doing great and she is well loved!  I am so blessed to have this beautiful baby.

I wanted you to see my beautiful kitties all grown up. Bella and Rocky are doing well and they bring joy to my life every day!

I hope all is well with you. I will miss seeing pictures of Shiloh and her kittens. They are all so beautiful. I wish I had a dozen more!
